Violation Resolution
If your facility has received a Notice of Violation (NOV), Administrative Order (AO), or Order on Consent (OOC), EA can help you respond to these agencies and meet all response and corrective action deadlines. Environmental compliance violations may be discovered by an agency because of a compliance inspection, an employee, or through community complaint. EA will consult with you during the corrective action and response process to assure your facility is meeting all requirements in a manner that protects your facility, and potentially reduces mandates and penalties.
